The Concept

The Offer

Options to purchase some special sections in advance off the plan are being granted at an especially low price.  Retail sale prices are expected to exceed NZD$325,000.00 per section of 400 square metres.  However, a limited number of sections in the “Future Residences” area will initially be sold on certain favourable terms to approved Buyers on a first in, first served basis.  The terms of this offer are set out below, but essentially an option will be granted for transfer of the section to be affected post-approval on the basis of total sale price of NZD$220,000.00 containing an immediate and non-refundable fee of NZD$110,000.00 paid in cash and “Trade” (50% max).

Terms of Participation

Approved Buyers sign a pro-forma Option and arrange to pay their non-refundable fee, which becomes the deposit part of the purchase price at a considerable reduction on the project retail sale price payable on completion, following approval in approx. 12 months’ time.  The option enables “on-sale” by way of written nomination; and independent legal and accounting advice is of course recommended in all respects.
